So what does all this steam stuff do? What is the point? I have a steam account and registered but what else should I be doing with it?

on a separate subject that may require a separate post I have not been able to join our TeamSpeak 3 server. It just tells me "error".

The teamspeak server had a memory leak that brought down a website I host for a company. I did not have time to diagnose it so I had to bring it down. If you guys can figure out a new hosting solution, that will be the fastest way to get it back up. I didn't even know anyone went in there anymore.

Steam Is Similar To X-Fire, A Friendly “Text & Chat” Environment, Where The Gang Congregates.....Including a IN- Game Interface Window. .and also Shows What Games & Servers where Your Friends Are Playing. With the Option To Join / Launch You Directly Into That Server,.... "SEE ATTACHMENT"
